The Cite Systems CS File Writer for PHP script only updates files that YOU have selected based on your PHP script. Some information that is important for you to understand prior to using this code:

1. There is no affiliation between Calyx Software and Cite Systems, Inc. Calyx® and Point®; are registered trademarks of Calyx Software.
2. The Calyx Point® software system performs complex calculations on certain fields. If you choose to update/modify one of these fields the subsequent calculations based on the modified field will be incorrect.
3. The Calyx Point® software system automatically updates certain fields based on their value as well as duplicating certain fields into other Calyx Point® fields. If you modify one of these Calyx Point® fields, the subsequent field(s) will be incorrect.
4. Cite Systems, Inc. is not responsible for lost data due to the inaccurate use of this tool. Ensure you are updating the proper field(s) with the proper value(s).
5. The Cite Systems CS File Writer for PHP script provides an option to backup each of the files before it is modified. Cite Systems, Inc. always recommends that you let our software backup each file prior to it being modified.
